How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Any request for changes, cancellations, or refunds should be directed to a manager.  Please call 417-883-6936 or email us at sales@betweenfriendsgiftshops.org as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account " link at the top of the page to check your order status.
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Click the "My Account " link at the top of the page to check your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact a manager at 417-883-6936 or sales@betweenfriendsgiftshops.org for further assistance.

When will my order ship?
